1. I’m in Canada. I noticed that the terms of use contains this line: “If you are not yet 16 years old or the required greater age for certain features, or do not reside in the U.S., please discontinue using the Site immediately.” Does this mean that I can’t take advantage of the API?
2. What do you consider a commercial website? I read in another thread that it’s fine to use this API on sites that feature advertising. What about sites that feature e-commerce? If, for example, I ran a website that sold CDs and t-shirts for a band, could I still use the API to showcase the band’s music videos?
i DONT See why wouldnt be able to feature this API on on your website.
if it has something to do with THE BAND or whoever u are FEATUREing
you should be able to EMBRACE tht Artist and what that artist is doing
